1. Start>Run (Windows key + R) , type
lusrmgr.msc |
and hit Enter.
You will see window with two folders: Users and Groups.
2. Go in the Users folder, find the Administrator.
3. Right click>Set Password and now you can change the password without knowing the old one.
Note *You may be prompted with a window alerting of possible data loss. If you wish to continue, click proceed. If not, just exit as you would anything else.*
