CCleaner:
*CCleaner has a bit more options than the other products, so I'll add a little more here...
'Cleaner' portion: cleans temporary and leftover files from your system. There are plenty of options to fine-tune.
'Registry' portion: cleans up blank and unused registry entries that could potentially cause system crashes and/or other performance issues.
'Tools portion': A very easy to use and simply snappy little uninstall section that can't even compare to the default Windows program uninstaller. It's wonderful. Nice startup editor, System Restore section to delete those files and clean up (tons of) space, and finally a Drive Wiper cleans up a drive like it's brand new.
'Options portion': Pretty self explanatory.

Defraggler:
Basically performs the same as the default defrag program in Windows, but I find it to be faster.

Recuva:
Just select from the 'Options' for detailed scan instructions, and then scan and recover, as seen above.

Speccy:
Simply choose the hardware component section from the list on the left, and view it's corresponding information in the right pane. You can even export the information to a text document and use it for a later reference.
